Q&A with Model Summer Madison

Hussy Magazine's Q&A with Summer Madison

Welcome to our brand new feature where we do a Q&A with models who show up frequently on the Hussy Magazine Instagram page. We get to know them a little bit more than just their photographs and, hopefully, you discover someone new to follow, to be inspired by, or to work with.

View the model Q&A archives.

Our first model to be featured is Summer Madison, a raven-haired Southern belle from Alabama.

Are you a full-time model or do you have a job workin’ for the man?

Modeling has been my main source of income for over a year now.

When did you start modeling and how long have you been at it?

I have been modeling for almost 2 years now.

It seems like a lot of models have an OnlyFans account. Do you find that you get a lot of people requesting you open your own page?

Yes. Who knows it might happen.

Some of your poses are shockingly amazing. Are these directions from a photographer or do they just come to you?

The majority of my poses come to me. I will look up unique poses and practice them. I am still to this day always trying to be a better model each time I shoot. I love to challenge myself.

What would you say has been the most rewarding aspect of modeling thus far?

Learning to love my body again.

On the flip side, do you have any modeling horror stories?

YES. Unfortunately in this industry, you can come across someone who isn't an actual photographer and is just trying to see girls in lingerie or nude.

Something a little off-topic: Favorite bands/TV shows/movies?

I don't have a favorite band, but I love rap and rock music. My favorite TV show is "The Walking Dead."

What has your experience been like putting yourself out there on social media?

It's been hard trying to grow and get recognized, but I won't give up!

What are some of the more difficult aspects of modeling that people don’t understand?

It's not as simple as standing in front of a camera. Working on facial expressions, poses, and learning how to relax your muscles so you don't look tense in certain poses.

What are your modeling goals today and, say, five years from now?

I am a very independent person and I won't stop until I reach my goals. I hope to continue to grow and inspire other women. I would love one day to move to Los Angeles or New York to expand my modeling.

What advice would you give to aspiring models?

Don't give up. Work on modeling what you are comfortable with.
